Summary: Mark and Marylin keep in touch after the depositions, maybe she even becomes Mark’s personal lawyer, and they’re friends after a fashion. As the years go by, she gets to witness the rebuilding of a friendship (and something more).
I really love Marylin’s voice in this — she is totally awesome. ♥ I love how the friendship between her and Mark started and how it grew as time passed. I have to admit, though, that the last part was just a tiny bit jarring since it switches from Marylin’s to Mark’s POV. Other than that, this was absolutely lovely. ♥♥♥
