I thought the plot of this fic was pretty original. I haven’t read many portrait!fics before, so this is awesome. I liked the idea of the Death Eaters infiltrating the portraits of Hogwarts, though I wish it was explained just how they did it.

I also liked the idea of Headmaster!Draco. I don’t think I’ve read any Headmaster!Draco fics, but I do think that it’s an awesome idea. XP I thought his chracterization was great, how he argued with Harry about needing to think about whether he would go into the portrait world or not. It makes sense for his character, and his decision in the end once a student was attacked.

On a sidenote, I thought Harry was a total asshole for like, half the fic, LOL. I mean, seriously, his attitude in the beginning just rubbed me the wrong way — I wanted to smack him so much! But I guess it all turned out okay in the end. XP
