O.M.G! THIS FIC! WHAT CAN I SAY ABOUT THIS FIC BESIDES IT IS TOTALLY AWESOME?! Seriously, I actually LOL’d through most of the fic. XD

Although the words “Nintendo” and “wizard” had been bandied about in the same sentence frequently enough over the years, no one outside of the Wizarding world could have suspected how apt the connection was.

When the great-great-great-granddaughter of the company’s founder (and the first witch in at least four generations) came of age, she wasted no time introducing a new division to the company, specifically catering to magical gamers the world over. The division’s first console, the Nintendo Wiizard, boasted images rendered in true 3D right in the center of the room, without a need for any sort of Muggle A/V device, and a controller modeled after that of the Muggle Nintendo Wii, but in a slimmer, aerodynamic form more suited to swishing and flicking.

“Inspired!” cried the critics. “Magical!”

HOW CAN YOU NOT GO ON AFTER AN OPENING LIKE THAT?!

Seriously, Wiizard! XD And then the Harry Potter video game! GAH! I loved how against the game Harry was, lol, and then his kids going and playing at their friends’ houses! And then Ron and Hermione owning the game! OMG! XD Busty!Hermione in the video game! Harry being super lame at playing! And then, Harry’s addiction!

I loved the contrast between the humor and the serious-ness because there are some heavy themes in this crack-tastic-ness. XP Never-the-less, I loved the cracked out scenes as well. XD

I loved Harry admiting he was addicted and agreeing to go to the Addicted Wizard RecoverY and then meeting Draco there because of his addiction to sex (!!!). XD DRACO’S FLIRTING! And then, when it was Harry’s turn to talk about his addiction…

“Which video game is it that led to your addiction?” she asked.

Harry froze. He would feel silly enough admitting his addiction to Harry Potter: The Video Game in a room of near-total strangers. But he could feel the heat radiating off Malfoy, who was lounging next to him, his arm practically draped across the back of Harry’s chair, and to admit it in front of him, in particular, was unthinkable.

“Wrock Band,” he replied.

“Oh, I love Wrock Band,” piped up a young woman about halfway around the circle, who’d confessed her addiction to some sort of Muggle television program about modeling. “I can totally see why that would be addicting. My favorite thing is playing drums with the My Potions Romance tracks. Merlin, I just want to be Bob Brewer, you know?”

“Er, yeah,” said Harry, who did not, in fact, know. “I, uh—I like that group with—the—” He groped for a name he’d heard his children mention. “Fall Out Wizard?”

“Ooh, yes, I love them too,” she sighed. “Which instrument do you prefer?”

“Um…bass?”

“Mm, yes,” she said. “I can totally see you as a Pete Wandz type.”

O.M.F.G!!! Seriously, those band references are MADE OF AWESOME, I can’t get over it! I laughed SO MUCH at this, but yes, AWESOME. Especially because I definitely LOVE those bands, haha. SERIOUSLY! My Potions Romance! Bob Brewer! Fall Out Wizards!!! PETE WANDZ!!! WHY SO MUCH AWESOME?!

It was awesome how Harry and Draco became friends through their addictions. And then… THE VIDEOGAME SEX BONUS! OMG! I almost DIED laughing when Harry, Ron, and Hermione watched it! GOD! The cheesy dialogue! Pornstar!Hermione! Harry’s larger-than-life cock! SERIOUSLY, WHAT! XD

But Ginny believing the videogame? Total FAIL.

It’s okay though because Harry and Draco eventually end up at Malfoy Manor and Harry persuades Draco to watch it! WHAT! Harry, you absolute DORK! He’s a sex-addict! XD It’s okay though because it leads to AWESOMENESS.
