I actually really like this version of events. I mean, I’ve read so many of the fics that come out after the WIGYA video (before the episode aired), but I actually really like how this one goes because it shows how Kurt has matured and feels more fitting to me — I didn’t necessarily think Kurt was devestated at the serenading from the performance video, but more shocked and upset, so I could totally see something like this in the aftermath.
