Summary: For prompt: Post-serum, Bucky is frustrated that Steve no longer needs him, because that need was the only way Bucky could take care of Steve. Bucky notices that Steve needs Howard (for the shield/suit/plane, etc.) and gets jealous of him. Bucky begins to mistreat Howard as a result. Howard is frustrated because he doesn’t think he has a chance with Steve, and the guy he thinks does have a chance, Bucky, treats him like shit.
